What is the best way to check my order on your website?

Simply head over to our website and click on the silhouette icon located at the top right corner. Enter your email address and voila! You'll receive a one-time pin in your inbox that will allow you to log in seamlessly. And once you're in, you'll have access to all your previous purchases in your profile.

What is the return/refund policy?

At Gentle Reminder, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you have up to 14 days from the date of purchase to return the product. If the item is unopened and in its original condition, we'll exchange it or give you a full refund using the same payment method as your initial purchase.

Unfortunately, we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges for opened or used products, as well as gift vouchers or promotional items.

Remember that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Can I use your product if I am pregnant?

All of our products are pregnancy-safe. However, we recommend consulting with your primary care physician and doing a patch test before the first application as an extra precaution during pregnancy.

Can I use your products if I have sensitive skin?

We have tested all our products on dry, sensitive, normal, and combination skin to make sure they are as gentle and non-irritating as possible. However, we understand that everyone's skin is unique.

Therefore, we recommend conducting a patch test before using our products for the first time. If you experience any irritation, please discontinue use and consult with your healthcare provider.

Are your products vegan?

Not all of our products are vegan, as some contain animal-derived ingredients such as beeswax. However, the majority feature plant-based extracts. Additionally, some of our ingredients hold Eco certifications, which can be found detailed on each individual product page.

Are your products tested on animals?

No, we do not test our products on animals. The only animals we ever tested our products on are our own teammates, and we promise we were all 100% willing participants.

Are your product free of Parabens?

Yes, we do not use parabens in any of our products. We are committed to providing you with only the safest ingredients, ensuring that everything we offer is truly CLEAN for you.

How long can each product last?

Our products feature a printed manufacturing date on the bottle and are formulated with mostly natural ingredients to last for at least 1 to 2 years. To ensure the longevity of our product after opening, proper storage conditions are recommended. Typically, our products have a shelf life of 6-12 months after opening, which you can verify by checking the container label for specific details.

Where are your products made?

Our products are made in Malaysia, a country known for its rich natural resources. We carefully select the best ingredients and use some of the superfoods native to the tropical region during our manufacturing process. Our commitment to quality means that we pay attention to detail to make sure our products are of exceptional quality. You can trust us to deliver the best possible experience.

Why isn't your product certified by EWG?

Although EWG is a great resource for consumers, getting certified is not free for brands as well as other clinical trials. While we are working towards obtaining certification, we strive to provide detailed information about the ingredients we use in our formulas.

Why is your packaging not sustainable?

We understand the importance of sustainable packaging and we are actively working towards making changes to our packaging. However, as a small business, the cost of materials can be a challenge.

We also believe that sustainability extends beyond packaging and we are taking steps towards using eco-friendly certified oils and preservatives in our products.

We hope to make more changes to our brand, including our packaging, in the future.
