Refund policy
If you have an issue with your product or delivery, please contact us at hey@gentlereminder.co and we will be happy to help you. For returns, please include your order number, the issue with the product, and whether it is an exchange or refund. All returns must be within 14 days of purchase, unused, and in their original packaging. Sales items are not refundable.
Do note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping charges. Returns must be sent with tracking to prevent lost shipments. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
